Products, Content, and Specifications
All product images, descriptions, measurements, colors, materials, specifications, and customization previews shown on this website are for reference purposes only. Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of CustyMade products, slight variations in color, stitching, fabric texture, sizing, and finish may occur between digital representations, samples, and final production.
CustyMade reserves the right to modify product specifications, materials, or production methods where necessary to improve quality, comply with manufacturing constraints, or meet supplier availability, provided such changes do not materially alter the agreed-upon product without client approval.
Approved samples, tech packs, and written confirmations shall take precedence over website visuals or descriptions.
Shipping Limitations
Shipping timelines provided by CustyMade are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur due to production schedules, customs clearance, carrier issues, force majeure events, or other factors beyond our control.
CustyMade is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party shipping carriers once an order has been dispatched. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon shipment unless otherwise stated in writing.
International customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, and compliance with local regulations.
Your Account
If you create an account on the CustyMade website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. CustyMade reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these Terms & Conditions, involved in fraudulent activity, or misusing the platform.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account or placing an order and to promptly update such information if it changes.
Exchange and Refund Policy (Online Shop)
Due to the custom-made, personalized, and bulk-manufactured nature of CustyMade products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.
Refunds or exchanges may only be considered under the following conditions:
The product received materially differs from the approved sample or final written specifications
Manufacturing defects confirmed and documented upon delivery
Errors caused solely by CustyMade that cannot be reasonably remedied
Requests for refunds or exchanges must be submitted in writing within the timeframe specified in your production agreement or order confirmation. Approved refunds, if applicable, may exclude sampling fees, setup costs, customization charges, shipping fees, and transaction fees.
CustyMade does not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect information provided by the customer, or minor variations inherent to custom manufacturing.
